Our Therapists

Daniela Weiner, LCSW

( She/Her )

Therapy is a space to pause and listen - to yourself and your story of what is happening in and around you. The world asks so much of us, and it’s easy to lose touch with the parts that need care. I don’t see my role as fixing or diagnosing, but as creating a space where you can reconnect with your own ability to heal and make sense of things. I work to help clients understand their patterns, build awareness, and reconnect with their own capacity to heal and make change.

Nicholas Vandiver, LMSW

( He/Him )

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for the unique challenges each person faces. I believe that when we have space to be fully ourselves - without pressure or judgment - meaningful change becomes possible. I work collaboratively, helping clients identify what’s working, what isn’t, and how to build a stronger sense of self in the process.

My background includes years of supporting teens and young adults in nature-based programs, which taught me how powerful grounding, trust, and self-reflection can be for healing.

Exploring our own stories can help us to make meaning in our lives. I approach therapy as a relational, creative collaboration where the narratives that arise around trauma, identity, and relationships can enhance understanding and growth. Through various frameworks, we can work together to discover how beliefs, thoughts, and memories can be reconsidered, allowing each individual authorship of their path to transformation. I value the impact of all forms of experience on our conscious and unconscious perceptions, allowing material from dreams, stories, images, and beyond to inform the practices of repair that help achieve liberation from dysfunctional patterns. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and culturally affirming, with deep respect for resilience across diverse communities. Though I am still beginning my own journey as a therapist, I bring lifelong experience in listening, creating, and bridging the sacred with the everyday to offer a supportive space for healing.
